It gives me great pleasure to write a positive email about the following staff that work with our loved one who is receiving 24/7 nursing care from INTENSIVE CARE AT HOME.

Always on time or early. The first to work back with no question. Often heating her dinner on the way out the door and never complains about it. It appear that as long as our family member is being cared for, Mariette is happy.
From what I can see and have been told Mariette has no issue pulling staff into line. If items have not been complete, or done incorrectly she will let them know. It is great to see and hear a staff member take pride in the way she receives and gives hand over, as well as the way she conducts herself while our family member is in her care.
All support workers look forward to working with Mariette. My wife and I are very comfortable with our family member in her care and feel that she has become a valued part of the team and the home.

Lauren has been away from our family member's roster over recent months due to personal commitments with just a shift her and there. When Lauren does work, day or night there is a lift in the home instantly. Her positive attitude, happy laughable way is hard not to be captured by it. No matter who works with Lauren, you can be sure our family member will let out one of her smiles which are not seen as much these days.
Lauren is always up to date with what is happening with our family member even though she has not been working, This shows that she is reading notes before her shift which again shows the professional attitude she shows.
My wife and I love talking to Lauren, she speaks very clearly and is easy to understand. Laruen has also become a valued addition to the team and our home.
Both Nurses are a great asset to your team and company. Whilst the two I have listed are not the only members of the team who fit well and do their job well, we feel that both go above and beyond what is asked and it is great to see.
Our family member, my wife and I value their service and commitment.
Please pass on the feed back to both staff members. We could go on forever about them both but lets try to keep it short.
