By aligning services from an Intensive Care environment to a home care environment a win-win situation for all stakeholders can be created.<br \/>\nThe first step is to look outside of the current clinical paradigm to a more Patient, Family and holistic model of care, by looking at solutions outside of a clinical Intensive Care environment for the Client group.
